Iīs it possible to run the stock maps from CoD on a CoD.UO server.
The game has not been released here in Sweden yet so canīt test it my self.

Yep. Just put them in the map roatation and they work.

Ok cool... is the new features like tanks added to the "old stock" maps like mp_brecourt :?: .

The only thing you get with the old maps in the new weapons. No tanks, no domination mode, no capture the flag, and no Base Assault on the old maps.

do I have to move the maps over to the UO folder from the main folder?

No you can leave them where they are.
