Call me a n00b, but where the hell do you download the CoD dedicated server install? I do not have physical access to my game server (as most don't), so WTF, over? :x
I'm a little unhappy about this whole deal...any help is appreciated!

At this point there is no dedicated server install per say. But there is a batch file. You may need to telnet into the server to exec the .cfg Your server host should have this information already. If not here is the batch file info.
C:\Program Files\Call of Duty\CoDMP.exe" +set dedicated 2 +exec dedicated.cfg +map_rotate
(Replace dedicated.cfg with whatever you named your config.)
You need to have a full install done on the server itself, any host should be able to run the client install for you. One option of course is having your clan ante up the dough and mailing the discs to the host.
If you need help creating an actual dedicated server .cfg here is a link to an easy to use program.

there is no dedicated server install.
You must install the full game on the server. If you only have FTP access to the server, you can copy the whole Call of Duty directory from your computer to the server. Enjoy your 6 hour upload :)

That is utterly ridiculous. I must say, then, "What the hell was Activision thinking?!" :x(
Thanks for the help, though, guys.
