Timelimit is the amount of time until the next map in rotation is executed.

Roundlength is the length of the rounds on each map.

Roundlimit is the maximum number of rounds played before the next map in rotation is executed. This setting is a sub-set of the Timelimit. If the roundlimit is reached before the timelimit then the next map in rotation is executed, but if the timelimit is reached before the roundlimit then the next map in rotation is executed.

Some examples.....

You can play 5 rounds at a 4 roundlength if the timelimit is set at 20.

If roundlimit is set to 4 then you'll never play more than 4 rounds on each map.

If the timelimit is 20, roundlength is 5, and roundlimit is 3 then the timelimit setting is useless because 3 rounds at 5 min each only equal 15 min.

Of course, on objective type maps, if the objective is met then the round is over whether the roundlength was met or not. If the roundlimit is met or the timelimit has expired then the next map in rotation is executed if not then another round will begin on the same map.
