Help please!

Can some-one please help me out here and tell me how to do the following:
I joined a server on call of duty and when i face another one of my team9germans0 it dont show there name. I have gone it loads of servers, and i still get get it to show.

Sorry about the spelling what im trying to say is:

Can some one help me please because when i face another member of my team (e.g. Germans) i cant see there name as when u normally face them u can see there game name. I have tryed lots of servers to see weather it was that server but it still didnt show there name when i face them.

You only see names when you are in team based matches. Then you will see the names of your team mates only.
