Voice commands

I can't access the 3rd option of voice commands in the menu with HLC Rcon installed. Any clue on whats wrong or how to fix?
It hurts me not being able to taunt or just randomly yell negative.

For everyone else's benefit, I've pasted my reply below:



An unfortunate side-effect of having the selection of menus available through the HLC Rcon Utility. The game has a limitation on how many menus it can cache, and when that limit is exceeded, the first menus to not appear are the quick_messages menus.



The only work-around to this is to eliminate the total number of menus in the HLC Rcon Utility. However, there is also a limit on how large each menu file can be, and that is the reason why there are as many menus as there are!!!



So, when United Offensive is released, an updated HLC Rcon Utility will be released shortly thereafter. This system will condense features as much as possible into as few menus as possible.
