Falling through the map on map startup [Archive]

I have a small issue with our server, two or three times over this weekend, after a map has loaded, EVERYONE will fall through the ground (or ship) and get stuck there. This happened once with about 10 players on the server, and another time with just me on it. All I have to do to fix it is change maps, or reload the same map, and it works fine.... It seems pretty rare, as I played it out the ying-yang all weekend, but it does happen.

Anyone else experiencing that?

Wrong game type and wrong map will = Map fall through..

IF you mix the two incorrectly it will do this.
