The easiest way is when you load ur server, using

"set sv_punkbuster 1"

Does punkbuster only run on Pure servers? I have both a pure and non pure server. My pure server shows punkbuster running without any commands in the config file, but my non pure server shows PB not running even with adding the set sv_punkbuster "1" command.

I use the following in my server config

//PUNKBUSTER
PB_SV_ENABLE
WAIT

When pb was first added to CoD, evenbalance recommended that admins add the following to their command lines

+set fs_homepath "C:\Call of Duty"

of course adding the path to your server between the quotation marks. I'm not sure if this is a MUST have, but I've never had an issue with PB not running either.
