How do I go about getting the server public, so that people see it in the in-game browser, ASE, Gamespy and such. No matter what I do I can't seem to see it. I've added the dedicated 2 thingy in my config file but it doesn't help. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

Need a few answers are you using a router or a firewall. Local machine? remote?

Hi there
No router, but a firewall which CoD has full control over (by this I mean that it has permission to use the ports it needs) It's is a local machine so I have full access to it.

Seems like some people can see it, is it possible that it is only "visible" in Gamespy or something? Can't figure this one out.

I suppose giving CoD access to the ports it needs in your software firewall will only open up outgoing traffic. Have you opened/forwarded incoming on 28960, 20500 and 20510 ?
