map rotation

Hello I'm using an automatically generated config file, and down near the bottom I found the command to set the map rotation. I changed the maps and gametypes to my liking except when I run the server its completely different. I have to then set the map rotation from the console line. Everytime I restart the server the map rotation resets to the original.

Any help?

I discovered the problem was my server.cfg

I renamed my server.cfg to codserver.cfg and it works now.
