how showing rules? and say something as console?

I use: hlc rcon 4.1 , and i see at other servers they have some rules showing up on screen.. how do you get this? and how do you can say something as a console?
it's my first time to work with this serverhandling.. who can help me?

Assumming you have the HLC RCON Mod setup correctly, to send broadcast messages from console, open console with ~ key and type:

/rcon say "your message here"

then hit enter. There are also a number of ready-made messages in the HLC RCON Utility, under the BROADCAST MESSAGES submenu.

thanks.. know i now it. but how do you get that large tekst in the middle of screen and that comes up and disapear very fast. how do you get that as a console? :?:

I think you mean some CODAM mods, like Powerserver, Buzzgoodies and/or Servermessages. Head over to the CODAM site and play with it. But be carefull : it ain't that easy to install, so you better know what you are doing.
