Connection Interupted

I have a few members that have been experiencing the Connection Interupted sign while playing. Anyone else been having the same problem? I had them double check their rate and they have fast connections, so I dont know.

If it is just a few people their ISP could be faulty, if it is everyone in the server, it is probably a server side issue. Either bandwidth, or hardware/software.

Have them do tracert's to the server and then do a tracert from the server to them.

That will show packet loss, bad node, router etc.. and where at in their connection the problem lies.

If they are loosing packets at the very end of the trace to the server or their ping is spiking up at the end of their tracert, it is probably an issue with the ISP (Datacenter) that host's the server.

If it is in at the begining or middle, chances are it is either their ISP or the routing their ISP uses.
