If you have licences for each i'd go with 2003 Server... then again you want at least 2Gb RAM for that OS. Stay clear of XP anyway!

ok i have amd sempror 3600+ 2.01 ghz , 2 gb ram "1.75" gb ram (because display card) and 150 gb sata disk

Server 2003 is the most reliable of all those operating systems for this type of work.

I am using at the moment windows 2003 64 bits and it works without and problem
