Ghost clients?

I don't know what to call it.

You know when you are in the server lobby (list) and you look at the info for a server to see people with a ping of 999 or -1? Like they disconnected and they didn't get cleared out of the user list?

I'd like that to occur on my server. Does anyone know how to do it?

Those Disconnected players should be removed according to this Timeout set in Config:

set sv_timeout ""
