Server problems..please help

ok, whenever i try to make an internet server, i make it an the console comes up and i go back into the game, but its not under internet source. Its alays in local, how do i make it so that it shows up in the internet lists

and i put dedicated to internet, and it still shows up in local

Make sure your startup line has "+set dedicated 2" in it, and that port 28960 is open in the server's firewall and is either directly on the Internet (NOT 192.168.x.x ip) or your router is forwarding port 28960 to the server.
