Does anyone hate the tactical light as much as me? It's so damn distracting and way too bright. Hate when I'm blinded by my own teammates.

I'm reading a lot of displeasure at the tactical light on the forums. It's mainly due to your team mate's use of it in blinding you. So, something needs to be done vis-a-vis its affect on team mates.

Certainly annoying and overdone in daylight (outdoors) - Should be a limit on the number of those too for each side.

I dont have it unlock but... is there a limited battery life on them?

It is rather annoying especially if it is your own team mates blinding you. I think if they are going to have it then there should be a battery bar or whatever, where if you use it too much then the battery goes down. You then either need to wait for it to recharge (much like the engineer tool) or you can't use it until your next life. It would make players use it more sparsely.

I've found it makes a great target - shoot into the light.

Personally I leave it tuned off until the moment I need it and this works well.

I don't think there is. Every player that I have seen that has it equipped has it turned on constantly.

It works the whole time. I've not noticed it having a life or a meter. Just hit T to turn it on / off.

It needs a short burn time and long recharge time.I've been on servers that most of the players are using it.Your own team mate blinds you while your covering an objective.DICE needs to put a little more time and thought into it and it will work just fine.It really needs limited power.

I would recommend they offer sunglasses as a kit selection.

I agree, probably one of my biggest gripes, and like zeroy said, it is specially annoying, and unrealistic outdoors, it really needs to be toned down.
