Server Download Speeds

Is there a way to set the speed that the server downloads maps ?
My server is downloading new maps but at only 3-5 kbs.
I would love to speed that up a bit !! 8-)

set sv_maxRate "20000"
At that settings my server D/L Speed is at 10 kb
set sv_maxRate "30000"
this one at pushes at 13 kb

Haven't tried anyother settings.

It's best not to bother with the internal download system, not for maps anyways, takes too long; better just to point them to a web download.
