Can't run custom maps

Trying to run custom map Neunen, i have uploaded the Z_Nuenen.pk3 to the MAIN folder on the server, I also have the same pk3 in my MAIN folder on my C drive. Through the console if i type /rcon map mp_Nuenen (which is the name of the .gsc file) i get 'can't load maps/mp/Nuenen.bsp

I'm sure I have the files in the right place after looking through previous posts, any help would be appreciated....

In the multi player options, you must have Downloads Yes
Also is the server set to Allow Downloads?

Then you must restart the server to get any new pak3 files to take effect.

My copy of nuenen requires just 'map nuenen'. Tried that?

That's right, the name is not mp_nuenen it's just nuenen, try it.
