people can not connect to my server

yo guys
for some reason people can not connect to my server
it can not be found anywhere

i have given my ip to lots of people and all they get is timed out

i have search for it on this site http://inherent.infinityward.com
but can not find under name and when i type ip address it list ip but says no response by it
does any one have any ideas please its getting annoying
any help greatly appriciated

if you are trying to host this from home and are behind a router, the ports are probably blocked.

there is plenty of info on this in these forums.. search for port forwarding

i have turned of me firewall and still have the same problem
when i had firewall on port were open but still had trouble

First: speccs would be realy appreciated. Please use Shields Up User Specified Custom Port Probe (https://grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2) to check if you CoD server port (usually 28960) is realy open.

firstly what specs do you need

secondly i have used the sheilds up site as you suggested and it tells me the ports 28960, 20500, 20510 are in stealth mode
accoording to the site stealth means they are blocked by my isp, is this true if so what do i do about it
