I have configured Maximum Rate

set sv_maxrate 0

I've seen that with this arrangement the lag is smaller

Is that possible or is wrong?

I believe if you set it to 0 there is a default number in one of the PK3 files. But it's been a very long time and my memory is shot.

With that said, if setting it to 0 and you find it working for you and your clients, then go for it. Unless you are paying for bandwidth on the server.

my line is 1 mbit upload and my server 14 client .

what is the difference of the "set sv_ maxrate 0" and "set sv_maxrate" with different numbers
