How disable PB check guid?

Hello everybody, I have a problem on my server, when some player connecting receiving error message key global banned, how to disable checking the PB? PB uses a local file to compare keys or seek information on evenbalance server?What port or IP must be struck by the firewall?

You can't disable global guid ban checks. Either the person gets a new cdkey or you have to disable PB on the server.
