Can't seem to get PB to work

Hey,
Got a PB question. When I am logged in as admin on my server I can not seem to do anything with PB. I know it's running because I see it kick people on occasion for one thing or another. But when I do a /pb_sv_plist, as an example, it wont list anything. It displays the header and that's it. But I can use rcon commands with no problem.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Server side PB commands still require the use of RCON; only client side PB commands don't.
