Can anyone tell me if 2 servers sharing the same punkbuster install will cause slowdown or lag. Currently as of now I have 2 servers running on the same linux box and they are both using the same punkbuster install since i'm having problems setting them up seperately and the guy who I rent the servers from has no clue. He rents the server box out of dallas but lives in illinois and has no experience running game servers. He mainly deals in webhosting, therefore i've pretty much been left on my own on this one and he just provided me the space on the server to run my 2 CoD servers.

If you have two instances of the game running, then Punkbuster must be installed into the "Main" folder of each server.
Punkbuster will not work unless you do this.
I don't think you will get any lag with this setup, providing your servers are fast enough,as i at the moment am running two servers from home and i get no lag, except when too many screenshots are requested at the same time,

Not sure where you got the idea about installing in the Main folder from.
Multiple servers should have their own homepaths, especially for PB. As detailed here (http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=faq-cod.php).

Sorry my mistake, don't know what i was thinking about,P/buster doesn't go in the "Main" folder.but in the COD directory.
