Set Up Server

Hello people, new one here :)

I need to ask you how to begin with this matter, I've a server in Windows 2003 and I want to setup a new server, how do I do?
I've read that you have to be a "DICE Partner", do you know who I should contact and how for this?

BC:2 Servers can only be rented from an approved GSP it can not be done privately.

For BFBC2 PC there are currently around 70 approved GSPs (they're referred to as Ranked Server Providers, aka RSPs). Nearly all of these are companies that rent out 100+ server instances. If you really want to have a BC2 server up, your best bet is to rent a server from one of these companies - you will not be able to run one from your own server machine.
