How do i SET a rcon password?

Hi.

Im trying to make a server, and i know many rcon commands now, by reading the guide from this site. But i have to get a rcon password first. How do i set this password, or where do i find it?

seta rconPassword "password here"

That is the command you would use in your .cfg file.
