AFAIK they are included ... are you sure you have set totalwar on?

The grenades is in a mod called VS_UK_TotalWarRealism2_3.pk3 This file was accidentally ommited from 2.3a as it hadn't changed from the one used in 2.3.

Jus use the realism file you will find in the 2.3 zip.

I'll try that. It tells you in the docs to remove the older version, so I did...all of it.
