COD autokick?

When i use autokick beta 1.2 when i try to run it and connect to my COd server it just says 'no connection' what should i do?

make sure you have entered the correct IP address, the correct port number and the correct rcon password

Make sure your setting up the rcon password in your cfg file.

Also moved to admin tools.

how do you set rconpassword in the console?

rconPassword "your_password_here"

To your config file and restart

I use autokick on my server and it works fine and happy :),
But it does not display messages across the top as shown in your screen shot how do i get it to do that?

You need to setup announcements.


Options -> Announcements

Enter your server messages in the box.
then check off enable set time then save, that should be all there is.

Ok it worked but was kicking to many players, may i have a sample config file and the connand line to run the server?

I get the "no connection" problem when I try to do a status. I am sure I have the rcon password setup correctly because I can administer it from in-game. The ip is right, and im using port 12203. I opened up both udp and tcp on this port as Im not sure which it needs.

Any ideas why I might be getting this error still? I have even tried it inside my firewall so the port should not be an issue at that point???

port 12203 is for MOH use CoD's port - 28960

im going to wait till there is a proper full working anti-cheat im not happy with autokick it kicked all ny players :x :x

We have it running, and it works fine, you just have to make sure its set-up right, or it will kick everyone! 8-)

If it kicks everyone, yo don't have to worry about cheaters :lol:
