1-Some People In Previous Can Join Me Now They Get Time Out
But I See Player Name Is is preparing for deployment
I Open All Needed Ports From TMM Website Have No Firewall I Mean
I Turn It Off Both Pc And Router.

2-I Cant Join Myself From The (External) Wan Ip Only I Can Join From Local (Internal) Ip Only

3-Cant See My Server At Gamespy Server List (not showup) Even After People Can Join Me
I Tried Also Dedicated 2 But Not Worked Also

I Have Microsoft Windows Xp Professional Service Pack 3 Copy From Original genuined at microsoft website

I Have Router Repotec RP-IP2401A
I Dont Use Cfg Server File
I Heard That You Are The Best Forum Please Help Me About This

2 & 3 are normal and expected. You can't see your own server (that has the same external IP as you) in the server list and you have to use the internal IP to connect locally.

As to the time outs, that could be a number of reasons. It sounds like some people can still connect, but some can't. Most home Internet connections cannot support more than 4 people (more if you have a really great connection) because they don't have the upstream bandwidth (upstream is different from downstream - servers need both and the upstream bandwidth is the one that usually trips them up as it is almost always much lower). If more than that try to join things start lagging out and timing out on the connection.
