looking for admin prog with this ability

i am looking for a server admin tool that can allow several people different logins and passwords to one server. right now our clan is using a web based admin program that sucks! most of the time(like right now) it is frozen from a map that was playing sometime before and it is really pissing those of us with admin off. the only person that can reset it is our leader. any help would be apreciated
