help on server

I no this might sound a dumb question but does any-one now how to set up your own cod server for free.

Unless you have access to a high-speed line for no cost as well as computer equipment (again at no cost), the chances of having a free server are slim to none.

I have already got one up and running on s&d but i cant rember how i done it i had to fill in like this form.
