Crysis 2, Crytek's follow-up to its PC only first-person shooter, will be playable in stereoscopic 3D on all three platforms when it is released late this year. Exact requirements are not known, but video footage was shown at Electronic Arts' E3 press conference using simple glasses.

Crysis 2 takes place in New York City and Cevat Yerli, CEO and president of Crytek promises that the game will "have the most intelligent enemies ever in any first-person shooter."

The game is in development for the PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 and is set to be released this holiday season.

Crysis games look good but are terrible at gameplay imo. More of an exhibition of they can do with the engine than good gameplay.

I liked the SP in 1 and warhead. Good storyline and the MP was just ok for me. I do have to give them credit for the vehicles and large maps because they were nice. At the end of 1 it did fell like a console game where you had to beat the big boss. Overall I think it's worth playing if you can run it.

I don't have binocular vision, I hope you will be able to turn it off...
