Total War 2.3 question...

Hi there...
i downloaded the mod and it´s running fine on my server but i have one question :?:
Is there a way to set the time for all the bombs and mortars thats going of all the time.

set vs_mortars 1
set vs_mortar_safety 1
set vs_mortar_delay_min 5
set vs_mortar_delay_max 6

Or must i open the pk.3 file and adjust some numbers.

[Parts]

set vs_mortar_delay_min 5
set vs_mortar_delay_max 6

these two lines, make them higher

e.g.

set vs_mortar_delay_min 20
set vs_mortar_delay_max 30
