console acting wierd

last night console worked just fine, now today it types what i do in the server for all to read, thankfully nobody was in there
/rcon XXXX status and so on just go to server now, it does not do what its supposed to do...anybody know why?

Never heard of this before, you positive you had a slash on front? I always type rco +tab so it puts the slash for me.

yes i had the / in front of eveything i tried...lol

If this was on the console of the server then you don't use the \. (Really- it's \ not / but / will work too :? )
You only use the slash from the client. It's there so that it can distinguish commands from chats.

Sometimes my console forgets to scroll down. That is more then likely what's happening. Hold down the page down button while you have console open and it will eventually get down there.

FYI...I had to hold the button down for like a minute last night and let it continue scrolling just to catch up to where I should of been. Just try it, that's prolly it.
