Does this line need to be in "servercfg.cfg" ? set g_gametype "sd" //gametype: bel, dm, re, sd, tdm
Or is unnecessary, since the gametype is set in the map.cfg rotation line, like this map "mp_hurtgen"
set sv_mapRotation "gametype sd map mp_brecourt map mp_carentan map mp_dawnville map mp_depot map mp_harbor map map_hurtgen map mp_pavlov map mp_powcamp map mp_railyard map mp_rocket"
Thanks in advance- still having crashing issues

If you start the rotation with map_rotate I don't think its needed.

Doc, I put that line in the specific map cfg's, but i guess if you want mixed gametype cfg's that wouldn't work.

If you start the rotation with map_rotate I don't think its needed. By starting do you mean from the dedicated server parameters? + set map_rotate?

Sorry, Cyberdoc, I know I've skimmed past this thread once or twice already but I just now took a close look at your sv_mapRotation and I think I know the problem.
Is it crashing after mp_pavlov? It should given that rotation because you're setting gametype to sd at the beginning but mp_powcamp doesn't support sd.
mp_powcamp, mp_chateau, and mp_ship don't do search and destroy. Be sure to refer to the matrix on IW's site (http://www.infinityward.com/cod/server%20commands.html) when setting up your rotations.

The matrix is incorrect. mp_powcamp does support SD, just tried it on both linux and windows. Works fine!

Really? That's odd. I haven't tried it myself. There must be a reason it was left out of the server_sd.cfg file in pak0.pk3 then.

Ok well, our sd cfg is running fine...a few lookups last night but its been running 24 hrs sd no problem's Yes, the powcamp map does support sd, played several times now as sd. Still having a wierd loop problem with the bel and re cfg's. They seem to get to a certain point the restart at the beginning of the cfg again, skipping several maps. :? Thanks for the updates....oh yeah got the new updated list from IW. :!:
