Hum a strange ban

Hi all

One of my members got a ban from r server using All seeing eye. since then i have erased all the bans on ban.txt in which his id wasen't there anyway and ive restarted the server but no change..

any ideas

When he tries to join does it say Perminantly Banned from this server or Temperarily Banned from this server. Temp bans don't show up in the ban.txt. And they can last up to 24 hours but I think that is max.

Its been over 24hours and he's still banned :(

What shall i do?
