Pre-order saves you a slot for a game server when the game is released. Your server will be priority setup before new orders. This does not include the game! Preorders can be canceled anytime before the game servers go online and also qualify for the 48 hours money back.

2. What happens if I already have a game server and want to make a change to AVP?
A. We will be happy to install and take care of this for you. Just open a ticket under our game panel and an game server tech will be installing it right away. Please know that it will take 30 minutes - 1 hour for this to be complete and also depending on the tickets we recieve in order, depending on your current pricing and slots, will determine your game slot.
3. Is there any special promotions for new orders/new customers ?
A. Yes. We currently have a 20% off all preorders for Alien Vs Predator server using the coupon "avp" which will be a recurring coupon each month. The coupon will only work for one per customer and it will only last until 3/28/2010.
