Can i copy cod5 files from steam onto another box and use it to run a server ?

i did that and gives me error steam error is there another way around this if i

bought this game over steam ? :confused:

Is it possible to download server files somewhere ? if not then how can i extract server files from steam to put on another computer in my lan to host cod5 ? without getting steam error ?
