Help on making my name move on scoreboard(kills)

Can some-one please help me trying to make my name move on scoreboard/kills.
Where do i get them from or what do i need to get it to move.

People have told me of this website that i will get kicked.
1. i have my own server so i can do waht i want
2. The server's that i go on will let me.

Many servers frown on name changing or color changing programs and will kick the offenders. So use these mods with care when on other peoples servers. The reason behind the dislike of these mods is they distract players from the game, often, cover the lower section of the screen with spam.
