Looking for server side admin'ing mod

I'm looking for a server side mod that will help us admin our server.

One feature I'm looking for in particular is admin only messaging. We use OSP and our own RTW similar mod on our SOF2 servers and I'm looking for something like this. Where we could just type /adm chat blah blah blah to send a message to everyone on the admin list.

I was waiting to see if some author spoke up, usually they will on posts like this. However I have not seen this feature in any admin tools I have seen. That doesn't mean it's not out there, hopefully someone will speak up if they are familiar with the feature to only MSG your admins.
