Not getting a browser list in multiplayer

i was wondering if anybody else was having the same problem i am which is not getting any servers to showe up on my browser all it says is "waiting connection to master server" and thats it nothing more happens ive already tried turning off firewalls and stuff like that nothing seems to do anything

it seems to have somthing to do with the port number maybe i called my isp and they told me they were not blocked or anythning so i dk
