it works !you must be entering the wrong commands... first off if you wanna tempban you need to set the amount of time in your server config file

set sv_kickBanTime 300 Temporary ban duration in seconds

then to temp ban player 6 for example type /rcon tempbanclient 6

to ban player 6 type /rcon banclient 6
