The UK games market is hellishly competitive. We pay less for games here in the UK than rest of Europe.
Well it has started, The race for sales to see who can sell MW2 for the least amount! to see who can secure the remaining MW2 PC sales.
Google Shop Result (http://www.google.co.uk/products?q=Call+Of+Duty%3A+Modern+Warfare+2+PC+gam e&hl=en)
The cheapest is from a retailer I have never heard of at £24.99 The big difference is until recently no one was discounting below £34.99. Now there are several willing to sell at or around the £30 mark (that is about $49 or €32)
I knew that there nerve would break, with the cancellation of pre-orders. I guessed that it would be here in the UK first. Lets see how cheap this game will be after the initial sales are over and we get into the overstock situation. There are going to be a lot of full shelves in stockrooms.
