OBC (oldbastardsclan) Is currently looking for players to fill rosters on our COD side of the clan. OBC has been a clan for over a year now, well into their second and is still growong strong! Since joining OBC almost a yaer ago (playing moh) I have made many new friends and found gaming to be different than I thought when in other clans. We currently have over 160 members, however most are mohaa spearhead members. We recently added a COD platoon to our ranks and are looking for members to fill squads. At present we have 2 squads with approx. 8 people each. We are in TWL ladders with 4man TDM and 6 man HQ. We now have two, four man teams started to scrim regularily to prepare for matches, and would like to get two more 4 man teams going to alternate in the twl matches. As soon as an anti cheat is available for COD we will be entering the CGL Heat of Battle ladders!!!
We have added two COD servers to our 4 moh servers. Our COD servers consist at this time of a 50 player COD/HoB server at 69.56.133.10 this server is one of the best available gaming servers you can get. It is currently set up for "Heat of Battle" If you have or have not yet played heat of battle, stop by our server and get intothe action! Heat of Battle (HoB) adds new maps, as well as some revised cod maps and an interesting style of capture objective gameplay. The stock COD search and destroy maps also play on the HoB mod so there will be quite a variety of playing styles. The mod is located at http://hob.mikesmarauders.com/ stop by there and check it out! This server also advertises our public ventrillo voice server IP. For those of you interested in bettering your chances of victory via voice communication and heightened teamplay, make sure to write down the pub. vent. IP when in the server or on our site, and join in the fun. We also have a private passworded ventrillo server for members only!
Our second server located at 69.56.133.11 is a stock/sv-pure server which is passworded most of the time and set up for TWL matches and member, inner clan scrimmages.
In order to join OBC you MUST be 25+. As an adult member you can then add your children to the OBC roster if desired, We have a Jr. OBC platoon, and family play is encouraged.
