Server wont launch my .cfg

This error i just can't get away. I did the code in my shortcut. i downloaded 1.3, i made my config with http://sos.noginn.com/codserver/build.php.....

Please help me i dont know what to do anymore....=(

What's the command line you're using to start your server (i.e. what settings are you using)?

Do you have your dedicated.cfg file located in the server's main folder?

What do you have inside the dedicated.cfg file?
