SERVER IS NOT SHOWING UP ON ANY LIST

Ok i setup my server as a dedicated server internet.
i put the right paths for the masters.
i checked to make sure that my server is on my DMZ and it is.
I cant get my server to show up in any list at all. :cry:
I really need some help with this.
I can see that alot of us are having problems with this.
PLEASE HELP.

do you have dedicated set to 2 for internet server?

solved the problem. when i upgraded my server from 1.2 to 1.3 the upgrade didnt work properly, so i unistalled after saving my cfg's reinstalled and put the patches in and bame that was it.
