why the granades explode in the hand??

can anyone tell how to quit the nade explode in the hand?? we don't know how this option get activated and now we can't get off please help me

yep its not the game it self doing that ..as anex just stated its a mod.... look in your main and see if you got a grenade mod or weapon mod (ie realism etc) remove it and reboot !
