Server 1.3 problem

I'm running a cracked CoD server, since i installed the 1.3 patch only i can connect my server. My friends get this warning "awaiting cd-key". Is there any solution for this problem. My 1.2 server was running properly because of the 1.2 server fix. Is there a same fix coming for the 1.3 version?
