Ok here is my question:
I am my server at my house next to my computer. I am the admin since i can go to it and do whatever i want to. Now is there a way to let other people be admins also even thought they are not infront of my server to type stuff in? Like how can i let other people in my clan kick people and ban people and stuff like that?

You need to do this command (into console or the server config file):
seta rconPassword "thepassword"
After that, your remote admins can type (into thier console) "/rconpassword thepassword" and then they can start using the same commands you use by simply adding /rcon to the front.. (example "/rcon clientkick 0)

Something that phatty didn't mention is that if you give away your rcon password the user you give it to has full access to the server they can rewrite config files or even change the rcon password on you and lock you out or some other things. I recommend you use game server admin or even server watch these programs run on the same server and you can setup up users to kick ban map change blah blah. I suggest going with server watch. So i hope this helps you out a little more.
