CD-KEY in use when i try to connect to my server

Anyone out here that can help me ?

I can go into servers and play no problem.
But when i run a server on my other computer on the network here.
And people try to connect to it. they get CD-Key in use.
I get that to if i try to log in true the internet to it allso.

Can anyone help me out here....?

and i can connect to it tru my lan.
Just no one that can connect to it tru internet. :dis:

Is it only me that have this problem that people can see my server. but all that tryes to join the server gets CD-key in use when they try to connect to the server. ?

i did reinstall and it looks like it works fine now.

is it any way possibel to send say or rcon say messages to only one player in the game ?

Like in mohaa it was possibel if we had the id for a player to send a private message to that one player.
But it was not possibel from the server.
It had to be from player to player.

I hope it is possibel to send from server with say or rcon say to singel players by id or nick.
Then our servertool would not spam the chat anymoore like in the mohaa game.
And likewise the anticheat that we will let out in some time allso will be able to give info to singel players when needed
