Motd+Join server

Hey

How can i make it so, if you click on a server-ip, in my motd, you join the server? I have seen it on other servers, so it may be possible..

And one more question, how can i make it so if a client, write something like !join or /join, in the chat he join one of my other servers, i have also seen this on other servers.

you can't, they closed that afaik, at least in tf2

There are mods that allow this to happen ingame though
