Removing enemies names

Server displays enemies names. Very distracting when the enemy is hiding in bushes and gets shot because their tag is seen in game. Please advise how this can be turned off or disabled?

It requires a mod which will enforce a dvar upon the players. Pretty much all of the mods have that option.
Mine sure does. (can't stand that newb nonsense) :)

Thanks 7. I think they have the modern warfare mod and thats it? Is there a way to make adjustments in that or must they have the awe or extreme mod to do it?

If they can do it in the modern warfare, where would I find the correct DVAR?

There are lots are mods. Modern Warfare is a popular one but so is eXtreme and AWE.

Are you referring to the sample mod that was included in the game? That will not have code in place to do this.

If they want to keep using that mod, the code can be added, otherwise it is time to move on to better things.
